Moon Cakes - Pancake Mix
This jar contains a triple batch of pancakes
Directions: Whisk together 1 cup milk, 1 egg & 2 Tbsp.
pure olive oil (may sub veg. oil or melted butter).
Add 1+1/4 cup pancake mix to wet ingredients. Whisk until well combined, leaving some small clumps. Do not overmix.
Heat griddle or pan to 400 deg. or med/high. Ladle batter onto hot buttered cooking surface cooking a couple minutes on each side until golden brown. Approx. 4 servings/batch.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, organic unrefined cane sugar, aluminum free baking powder, sea salt.
